Overview
Social Analytics aggregates performance metrics from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube into a unified dashboard inside the CRM. Data is refreshed automatically via scheduled sync and can be shared with clients through the customer portal.
Business value
Gives marketing teams and clients a single place to review social media performance without switching between five different native dashboards. Account managers can include social metrics in client reports directly from the CRM.

Common actions
- Connect a social account — authenticate each platform via OAuth and add the account to the dashboard.
- View platform analytics — open the platform-specific tab to see native metrics in chart form.
- Configure sync schedule — set how frequently data is pulled from each platform via cron.
- Share with client — grant a client portal user access to their social analytics dashboard.
- View navbar indicators — pending sync status and error badges appear in the top navigation bar.
