Overview

Social Analytics aggregates performance metrics from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube into a unified dashboard inside the CRM. Data is refreshed automatically via scheduled sync and can be shared with clients through the customer portal.

Business value

Gives marketing teams and clients a single place to review social media performance without switching between five different native dashboards. Account managers can include social metrics in client reports directly from the CRM.

Common actions

  1. Connect a social account — authenticate each platform via OAuth and add the account to the dashboard.
  2. View platform analytics — open the platform-specific tab to see native metrics in chart form.
  3. Configure sync schedule — set how frequently data is pulled from each platform via cron.
  4. Share with client — grant a client portal user access to their social analytics dashboard.
  5. View navbar indicators — pending sync status and error badges appear in the top navigation bar.
