Page title: Google Analytics
Overview
The Google Analytics integration embeds website traffic and conversion data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) directly into the CRM dashboard. It supports multiple workspaces and properties, and can surface data in the client portal for agency use cases.
Business value
Brings website performance data alongside CRM data so sales and marketing teams can correlate traffic trends with pipeline activity without switching tools.
- Who uses it: Marketing managers, digital analysts, account managers
- Key benefit: See which campaigns are driving website traffic at the same time as seeing which leads and opportunities those campaigns are generating.
- Metrics it influences: Sessions, users, bounce rate, goal completions, conversion rate
Typical use cases:
- Monitor website traffic spikes after an email campaign send
- Compare landing page performance across multiple client properties in an agency workflow
- Surface GA4 data in a client portal so the client sees their own website metrics
- Track goal completions (form submissions, demo bookings) alongside CRM lead data
