A Goods Issue Note (Bon de consum) records internal consumption of stock — for production, projects, or admin use.

Records internal consumption of stock (Bon de consum) — for production, projects, marketing samples, or admin use. Keeps inventory accurate and assigns cost to the consuming cost-centre.

From the admin sidebar, navigate to Goods Issue Note, or open the URL directly:

List view

The list view shows existing goods issue note records. Use it to search, filter, sort, and bulk-act on items.

Common actions

View existing records — open Goods Issue Note from the sidebar to see the list view.
Search and filter — use the search box and column filters to find records.
Create a new record — click the Add / New button (or follow the "Create" URL above) and fill in the required fields.
Edit a record — click a row to open the detail view, then use the edit action.
Delete a record — use the row's delete action; deletion may be soft or hard depending on the module.
Bulk operations — select multiple rows via the checkboxes and apply a bulk action from the toolbar (export, delete, status change, etc., where supported).

Note

A Goods Issue Note (Bon de consum) is for internal consumption — production materials, project parts, marketing samples, admin use. It is not the right document for moving stock between locations (use Internal Transfer) or correcting a count error (use Loss Adjustment).

Tip

Use Goods Issue Notes to assign consumption costs to the correct cost centre — the module records which project, production order, or department consumed the stock, giving you accurate margin analysis per job.
