Update notes (2026): Workflows 01, 03, 05 updated with eInvoice (ANAF), Couriers module (Cargus/FanCourier) and WhatsApp Campaigns. Workflows 07 and 04 already cover Routing/Work Centers and Purchase Requests. Workflows 12 and 13 add vertical scenarios: multi-brand import and field agent distribution. Workflows 14 and 15 add coverage for e-commerce and B2B self-service channels. Workflows 19–23 add coverage for commissions, OKR, WhatsApp, Fleet and HR Performance Review — all verified from source code and DB schema.
