Overview

Commission Payouts groups pending commissions into a payout receipt and marks them as paid. Each payout record can optionally generate an expense entry for accounting purposes.

Business value

Closes the loop between commission calculation and actual payment to agents — with a clear audit trail.

Typical use cases:

  • Monthly commission run: select all pending commissions for the month and generate one receipt per agent
  • Create an expense from the payout for accounting integration (SAGA, WinMentor)

/admin/commission/manage_commission_receipt

Common actions

  1. View pending commissions — filter by agent and date range to see what's due.
  2. Generate receipt — select commissions and create a payout receipt; status changes to paid.
  3. Create expense — optionally attach an expense record to the payout for accounting.
  4. Download receipt — export the payout receipt as PDF.
Tip

Run the monthly commission payout by filtering all pending commissions for the period, then generating one receipt per agent — each receipt marks those commissions as paid and creates a clean audit trail per agent per cycle.

Note

Each payout can optionally generate an expense entry for accounting integration (SAGA, WinMentor) — enable this on the payout form so commission costs flow into your accounting system without manual journal entries.
