Overview
The Goals module lets you define measurable business targets, track progress in real time against live CRM data, and receive notifications when a goal is achieved or missed. It supports ten or more goal types spanning revenue, conversions, pipeline, and customer growth.
Business value
Makes company and team targets visible and accountability clear. Because goals pull data from live CRM records, progress is always current — no manual reporting required.
- Who uses it: Sales managers, executives, operations managers, team leads
- Key benefit: Align the team around specific, measurable outcomes and get notified the moment a goal is hit or at risk.
- Metrics it influences: Revenue vs target, lead conversion rate vs target, new clients vs target, invoice collection rate vs target
Typical use cases:
- Set a monthly revenue target of 250,000 RON and watch it fill in as invoices are paid
- Track lead-to-opportunity conversion rate against a 40% monthly target
- Set a new client acquisition goal of 10 per quarter with automatic achievement notification
- Monitor contract value signed vs target for the sales team each quarter

Supported goal types

Common actions
- Create goal — define the goal type, target value, period (month/quarter/year), and responsible team or individual.
- View progress — open a goal to see current progress vs target with a progress bar and Highcharts chart.
- Add dashboard widget — pin the goal progress widget to the CRM dashboard for at-a-glance visibility.
- Set notifications — configure alerts for goal achievement and for when progress falls below a threshold.
- Edit or close goal — adjust the target mid-period or mark a goal as closed at period end.
