Overview
Remarketing connects your CRM to Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising platforms by configuring tracking pixels and audience synchronisation. This enables retargeting campaigns that re-engage visitors who have already interacted with your brand.
Business value
Closes the loop between CRM data and paid advertising — you can retarget specific CRM segments (e.g. leads who went cold, clients due for renewal) with paid ads on the platforms they use most.

- Key benefit: Re-engages warm prospects and clients with relevant ads at a fraction of the cost of new prospecting.

Common actions
- Configure Google remarketing — enter your Google Ads account ID and set up the conversion pixel.
- Configure Facebook remarketing — add your Meta Pixel ID and connect your ad account.
- Configure LinkedIn remarketing — add your LinkedIn Insight Tag and partner ID.
- Verify pixel firing — use the platform's tag debugging tools to confirm the pixel is active.
- Sync audiences — push CRM segments to ad platform custom audiences for targeting.
